Deine Dankbarkeits- und Fülle-Herausforderung „*Journey of Empowerment*“, die am 1. Tag des kommenden Montats startet, geht so:

Die Challenge/Herausforderung besteht darin *21 Tage lang am Ball zu bleiben* und dir jeden Tag 10-15 Minuten Zeit für dich selbst einzuräumen, selbst wenn es im Alltag drunter und drüber geht. Es ist nicht einfach, aber definitiv machbar, das haben so viele Menschen in meinen bisherigen Challenge-Gruppen bewiesen. Du kriegst das sicher auch hin! Vorausgesetzt Du willst es wirklich. Ziel ist es, am Ende dieser 21 Tage eine neue, gesunde, selbststärkende Routine installiert zu haben, die dir selbst an stressigen Tagen einen praktikablen und wohlverdienten Rückzug bietet und ermöglicht, runterzufahren, in deine Kraft, Gelassenheit und deine Mitte zurück zu finden. Von dort aus lassen sich wichtige Entscheidungen mit Selbstsicherheit und solidem Fundament treffen und auch das Leben lässt sich wieder genießen und wertig gestalten.

So läuft es ab: du und alle anderen bekommen von mir über unsere WhatsApp Gruppe täglich eine Meditation und Aufgabe für den Tag gepostet. Diese kann jeder von egal wo machen, zuhause, im Büro, im Urlaub, egal… Sie hilft einem sich besser selbst zu reflektieren und zu verstehen, sich von hinderlichen Glaubenssätzen zu befreien, ein noch besserer Mensch zu werden.

Die täglichen Meditationen werden von der warmen, freundlichen und wohlwollenden Stimme von Deepak Chopra gesprochen und das zentrale Thema ist „*Abundance*“, wie wir unsere geistige Einstellung auf Fülle, Reichtum und Dankbarkeit eichen.

Hier sind die Spielregeln:

1. Alltagstaugliche *Englischkenntnisse* erforderlich. Da ich Teilnehmer aus aller Welt habe, sprechen wir untereinander in der WhatsApp Gruppe nur Englisch. Die Meditationen und Anweisungen zu den kleinen täglichen Aufgaben sind ebenfalls auf Englisch.

2. Ein hoher Grad an *Ambition* und *Selbstdisziplin* ist erforderlich. In dieser Gruppe habe ich ausschliesslich handverlesene, ambitonierte Menschen eingeladen, die bereit sind, in ihrem eigenen Interesse aus der Komfortzone rauszugehen und für die Dauer der Challenge, d.h. 21 Tage lang, dran zu bleiben, jeweils eine kurze Meditationen und eine einfache Aufgabe innerhalb der jeweils nächsten 24h zu erledigen. Ich strebe eine *100% Mitmachquote* unter den Teilnehmern an. Wenn du vorhast nur reinzuschnuppern und nach einigen Tagen die Gruppe wieder zu verlassen, dann ist das nicht das richtige für dich. Die meisten in dieser Gruppe sind „*Wiederholungstäter*“ – d.h. sie haben so eine Challenge mit mir schon mal erfolgreich gemacht und haben so viel Nutzen für sich geerntet, dass sie sich nochmal diese Erfahrung gönnen wollen.

Um an dieser Erfahrung der besonderen Art teilzunehmen, investierst du kein Geld, sonndern du investierst deine Zeit und Motivation. Das ist wie einzahlen auf dein eigenes Konto, alles was du tust, kommt dir selbst zugute. Die „Zinsen“ sind beträchtlich, die kommen deinem engstem Umfeld zugute. Du bist vollkommen frei, die Meditation und Aufgabe des Tages innerhalb der jeweils nächsten 24h nach meinem Post zu machen, wann es dir am besten in den Kram paßt, unabhängig von den anderen.

Allerdings ist die Teilnahme an dieser Challenge nicht ganz unverbindlich: denn *wenn du dich anmeldest, dann verpflichtest du dich in der Gruppe zu bleiben und mitzumachen bis zum Schluss*. Dafür wirst du mir und dir selber ewig dankbar sein, das kann ich dir versprechen! Es ist ein bißchen so wie auf einem space ship zu sein, da springt auch nicht jeden Tag einer raus ins All, wenn er keinen Bock mehr hat, sondern alle in der Mannschaft bleiben dabei und machen mit, bis die Mission erfolgreich zu Ende gebracht wird.

Deshalb ist diese Challenge nicht etwas für Jedermann, und ich habe Verständnis, wenn du dich nach diesen Infos entscheidest, doch nicht mitzumachen. Wenn du aber denkst, „*JAAAA, das ist genau das richtige für mich, ich bin dabei*“, dann schick mir eine kurze Nachricht, ich freue mich, dich in meine Gruppe aufzunehmen. Es geht am Freitag Abend 14.02. (Valentinstag!!) los. Ich werde bis dahin die Gruppe zusammenstellen und am Freitag nochmal für alle, alles Wichtige zum Ablauf bekanntgeben, so daß jeder maximal von dieser Challenge profitiert. This will be your day 1 task and therefore the gift will be a lovely meditation from Deepak Chopra. In order to remind you, I am going to send you each day one task in the morning. Then you got twenty-four hours to complete the task. Are you in?

“I am providing the sound files because your ear is your emotional interface. You will realize that very quickly when you hear the computer voice. It sounds a bit metallic, because I reduced it to the lowest resolution, to decrease data volume and download time for you. And if there is an initial dislike of the sound of the voice, this will go away after one or two minutes.  In fact, we are learning with emotions up to 20 times faster than learning dry facts. Listening lets you memorize 4 to 5 times more than reading. Reading and listening at the same time about 7 times faster than reading alone. And if you do something, like taking your thinking time and writing down the answers, making an action plan, and execute the first step, you can boost it up to learning about 20 times more, compared to reading only.

So, I strongly recommend to hear and read at the same time AND do the exercises. To make the best use and get the best result out of this program.”

  1. Be open to new experiences 
    Take the tasks, ideas, techniques, tools, meditations, incantations, recommendations, … I will share with you during your gratitude and abundance challenge without any judgment. Easily said, hard to do … at least commit to doing your best, to be open-minded and allow to let it all in.
  2. Don’t believe a word I say!
    Nor the words from anyone else who gives you advice during this challenge, such as Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Leo Guera, and all of the other gurus. This might surprise you. Does it?
    I just want to encourage you to think for yourself. Feel into the recommendations, tools, practices … and decide yourself if it resonates with you. There is nothing right nor wrong about it. None of it is true nor false. Just accept that everyone shares just an opinion from his current standpoint. It was their truth at the time when the lines were written, the audio, or the video got recorded. Think about it an choose your stand- and starting point, find your truth in it, and finally, apply what serves you the best.
  3. The challenge might not be on day 1 today, but that is no problem. Because it offers you a collection of thoughts, methods, and tools which are pretty independent of each other. So, they are not depending on the previous ones. Just go with the group. Next month we will repeat the challenge. That gives you the opportunity do those from day 1 until today.

To apply your learnings in your business is a strategic intent to develop a compelling vision of the future. Because without it, you end up without motivation.

Analysis and intelligence are required for the backward engineering of the steps, and to apply your learnings. Anticipate your competitors‘ responses. And be aware, that the competitor is you, your ego, your habits, and your lower self!

Apply Your Learnings

Make a plan, what are the milestones in

  • 5 years
  • 5 months
  • in 5 weeks
  • and finally in 5 days?

Prepare to apply your learnings by planing the use of your resources. How to utilize and allocate your time, energy, assets. And finally building strategic reserves for flexibility. A backup plan, support structures, and tactics. So, I think you understand, it needs hardworking, discipline, knowledge and sharpens your unique capabilities. Knowing your weaknesses and making them irrelevant. To develop yourself internally to handle the external circumstances of life. It allows being highly flexible in the market place.

Focus – How to Apply Your Learnings Effectively

Concentrate your forces onto the most effective point. That’s why you want to target the weakest point to get the breakthrough easiest possible. Everyone has limited resources. Or did we overcome this with the abundance challenge already? However, it is necessary to create effectiveness in using it.

Detailed execution is to move disciplined in the direction of your target. It takes years to become a good executor to apply your learnings. Due to that, you may want to watch the video:

Adaptability means to analyze the current situation. And how it is different from what you expected. Apply the appropriate tactics for the always-changing environment. Review, overthink and rewrite the plan. Because your plan is a tool, not your master. Do it every year, month, week, and if necessary every day. Don’t stick to your business plan if the situation has changed or you learned something new. So, experiment with what works for you in the market place. Analyze and adapt, learn and improve. Expect and accept that the situation will always change.

Study of principles that are general of living, business, and self-development. Improve your understanding of psychology and how the mind works. This knowledge is thousands of years old. Contemplate it deeply, combining multiple sources, and think how to apply them. Don’t look for a quick fix, but rather a deep understanding and solid implementation into your subconscious mind.

Dhar·ma or Purpose in Life

/ˈdärmə/, noun: dharma

Dharma – or purpose in life – means for conscious entrepreneurs, to

  • Become aware of your unique
    • values
    • roles
    • experiences of the past
    • dreams and wishes
    • talents and skills
    • passion and wild fun
    • desires
  • Find your purpose in life, based on your uniqueness, and
  • Position your business, that it serves your purpose in life. 

The key to happiness is freedom,
the key to freedom is courage!

To find your purpose in life requires an iterative approach. There is no direct path with fixed steps. You will have to apply a collection of tools. First comes the diagnosis, which requires patience from you, because many people indulge in a lifestyle that leads to a gentle stupor!

Be aware, that with finding your purpose in life, you are not at the finish, but at the starting point. If you have that, you have to change something, which includes courage! You will have to tackle obstacles. We have no other choice. We have to accept these obstacles to get there.

As you wish to have lived once,
You can already live now.

An essential prerequisite to finding your purpose in life is, calmness and slowness so that you can hear your inner voice.

  1. Don’t be distracted, because wherever the attention goes, the energy flows.
  2. Change viewpoints
  3. Stay in the flow
  4. Be playful
  5. Have fun and be silly

The purpose in life can result from one or a combination of the following areas:

  • Life
  • Love
  • Learn and grow
  • Create a legend

Each of these points alone can be meaningful.

There is actually no shortcut to finding your purpose in life. But to get started, and to get a rough idea, what the purpose in life might be for you, do this Meditation. To prepare yourself, get something to write, a pencil and some paper, or your gratitude journal. You will need it right after the meditation.

Purpose in Life Meditation

Get yourself in a comfortable position, sitting or laying down. Begin to breathe slowly. Just relax and take a deep breath … in through your nose … and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Take in another deep breath and slowly exhale … in through your nose … and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Take one more deep breath and slowly exhale … in through your nose … and slowly exhale through your mouth.

As thoughts come to you, acknowledge them, and let them float away. Continue to relax and slowly breathe in… and slowly exhale … in through your nose … and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper where you are, letting go of all distractions and thoughts. As you take another deep breath then slowly exhale, feel yourself growing very peaceful and centered.

Now imagine you have come across a beautiful celestial library filled with an amazing collection of books and manuscripts. This library will help you discover your life purpose. We all have a gift to share. We all have that one thing that makes us shine and that one thing that makes us truly unique. Today we are going to discover that one thing for you.

This incredible place has all the answers you need!

Let this place come into focus, and take a look around. As you walk you find yourself being led to a private room with beautiful chairs and glass tables. The room is warm and comfortable and filled with beautiful flowers. There is a cool pitcher of water filled with lemons and you decide to pour yourself a refreshing glass and take a sip. You notice a chair and you take a seat allowing the tension to slowly slip away.

You then discover someone has placed an old wooden box on the table in front of you, and you are intrigued. The box is beautifully carved and made out of rosewood, and it has a lovely aroma. The box has a label on top that says: “Your life purpose” and you can’t believe it because that is just what you are looking for.

Know that we are here today to help you discover your life purpose and we are going to ask your mind what this purpose is. When your mind reveals this purpose, it will manifest into the box where you can read it and discover for yourself what your life purpose is.

Think for a moment about your passions, and those things you absolutely love to do, beyond anything else in the world. Know that there is something you do better than anyone else on earth. No one comes into this life without a true purpose. Our lives are based around this purpose, and yours shall be revealed soon.

What is

  • your gift?
  • that one thing you do that makes you shine?
  • that thing that everyone is always telling you you’re great at?
  • What if you woke up tomorrow and discovered you never had to work again, what would you do with your time? Imagine the possibilities that lie before you.
  • Imagine a life without the struggle and the pain and the problems.

Would you

  • fight for a great cause?
  • write a wonderful novel?
  • travel the world?
  • volunteer your time or be a famous philanthropist?
  • What would you do?

Think about this now and imagine it and make it real. Maybe you would start a new business, one that allowed you to pursue your passion each and every day. Think how amazing your life would be if you spent each and every moment making the world a better place?

Think about this now and ask your mind to reveal to you what your life purpose is and contemplate this for a little while. Just notice what first pops into your mind, and don’t spend too long thinking about this.

You suddenly realize the box on the table has been opened. There is a slip of paper in the box that has magically appeared. You take out this slip of paper but realize that the only words on it are written at the top; these words simply say:

“What is my true purpose?“

As you read this you suddenly realize that there are also instructions in the box, and these instructions read: ”Quiet your mind and all shall be revealed.”

Simply ask your mind to reveal once again what your true purpose is, and note ANYTHING that pops into your head. This can be a word, a phrase, a sentence or even a picture or a symbol. Keep asking yourself this question until you think of an answer that brings forth emotion.

The answer that shall be revealed will be your life’s purpose and you will recognize it instantly for the emotion, that will come forth.

Go ahead and clear your mind of all the clutter and try this now. Take a deep breath in and let out all the strain and tension and allow your mind to quiet. Trust your intuition and go with the first thing that comes to mind.

Now come back, and stretch yourself. Start moving your hand and feet. And write down what you found in the box, as well as all the emotions that came up in you while reading it.
