Fear is a healthy warning system

Actually, 70 to 99% of our fears are irrational, which have no real reason. At least if living in the scarcity of the western world. They are just creations of our brain, in our mind, they only exist in your phantasy! Only the remaining 1 to 30% have a real function: Our protection system. And we will never be able to eliminate them. And that is good. Because this part of it is our friend. It protects us from doing something dangerous. Additionally, it gives us 3-5 times more motivation and energy to avoid something painful, than to gather some pleasure would be able to motivate us.

A member of our mastermind recommended a book: The gift of fear from Gavin de Becker for a deeper understanding. In this video he is talking about true and unwanted fear:

How to reduce the unwanted part of Fear? One way is, to get into a state of mind of:

  • Calmness
  • Tranquility

For calmness and tranquility, just do some mindfulness work like meditation e.g. by joining the abundance meditation challenge, do yoga, to learn how to let go.
